Middle Eastern Validation: This calculator incorporates findings from the validation study by Jamil G, Al Shamisi A, AlShamsi F, Agha A at Tawam Hospital, UAE, which identified an optimal cutoff of ≥36 for Middle Eastern populations (90.9% sensitivity, 100% specificity).
